Site requirements
If you have been directed to this page unexpectedly, its is because we have detected a problem with your browser configuration.
OTB requires three essential browser systems to be enabled: Javascript, Cookies and Referer information
Javascript
OTB is a modern site for modern people and modern browsers. We like to keep it funky and fresh and this all requires Javascript, which basically adds the funk. Your enjoyment of the site will be so severely effected by a lack of Javascript, that we make it a mandatory requirement.
Cookies
Cookies are an essential part of the internet and are required for most website that use login systems. If cookies are inaccessible, you will find yourself unable to log in (amongst various issues).
Some people may set their browser's Privacy Settings to be too strict. Third party software and stupid users often set their browser privacy settings higher than necessary, which blocks a website accessing even the cookies it 'owns'. Websites setting their own cookies ("first party" cookies) is a harmless and necessary practice on the internet.
To solve: allow this site to access its "first-party" cookies.
- In Internet Explorer this is 'Medium' level. Change this by going to: Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy
- In Firefox, change this by going to: Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cookies
- In Internet Explorer, go to: Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Sites (button). Enter "onlythebestfakes.com" (without quotes) and click "Allow".
- In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cookies -> Exceptions (button).Enter "onlythebestfakes.com" (without quotes) and click "Allow".
Referer information
Referer tracking is the process of detecting which page or website a visitor has come from, as they browser around. It is used on almost all good websites as a means of tailoring the site to a visitor's neads. OTB use it to prevent our images being used on other websites without permission. Some firewall, gateway or proxy software blocks referer information, which will cause you to always see the "Hotlinking" image, rather than the fakes.
Check your product manual for further information on how to disabled referer blocking.
